He was elected president of the United States, and is so rich he donates his salary to charity. He can't prove economic harm. It seems to me that any attorney who represents the IRS will have a conflict of interest. The plaintiff can have them fired if they do their job.

Sounds like a great argument for paid maternity leave, mandatory breaks for nursing mothers who return to work, and lactation rooms in all public and private buildings over a certain square footage. The last thing a young mother needs is RFK, Jr. shaming them for using formula.

To paraphrase Tom Cruise's character, "If no one saw survivors and you thought the first strike destroyed the boat, why order the second strike?"

I thought they were opposed to gender affirming medical treatment.

Does he not understand that people graduating from college will need a job?

I believe the phone records were obtained pursuant to a valid warrant. I'm not sure what compensable damage they suffered as a result of this disclosure.

I read that headline and immediately thought "Another absurdly funny post from The Onion." When I realized it wasn't a joke, I immediately thought, "The people running our country are horrible."

Trump will probably sign an executive order vacating all of Biden's pardons. That will then set up a legal battle that will eventually end up before the Supreme Court. I think we all know how that will end. Feeling very defeated.

He knows. He just chooses to lie and say he doesn't know.

We lost the War on drugs a long time ago. This is just another example of Trump testing the limits of his power to see if anyone (Congress) will stop him.

The ad was factual. It wasn't a misrepresentation. It wasn't AI. When will he be held accountable for the lies.

Make it Project 2026. If the Dems don't take back the Senate and House in the mid-terms, there won't be an election in 2028.

We need a Project 2026.

Sounds like he's advocating for preferential treatment based on an immutable trait, i.e., being of European descent. Isn't this just a form of the DEI they have been complaining about?
October 22, 2025 at 2:52 AM
The failure of Congress in response to Trump cutting select projects is shocking. Our democracy is going to crumble because Congress and the Supreme Court failed to do their jobs.

If we are below replacement level, maybe we should make it easier for hard-working immigrants families to stay in this country rather than deporting them. This is more evidence of how racist, mysoginitic, and xenophobic this administration is .

No. It's not normal. Not even close to normal. Yet half of the country (1) doesn't have a problem with it, and (2) thinks he deserved it. We're doomed.

25 mil. are either going to lose their health care insurance or see their premiums double. Medicare and SS are going to be insolvent in 7 yrs. and there's a virus in the Bay Area that hasn't been identified. While the HHS director floats another unsubstantiated theory about the cause of autism.

I don't think it's dementia. It's who he has always been - an unhinged narcissistic sociopath. Unlike his first term, he has surrounded himself with people like Vought, Miller, etc., who are willing to feed his huge ego in exchange for allowing them to put forth the insidious Project 2025 agenda.

His pardon is sitting on Trump's desk awaiting signature.
October 6, 2025 at 1:21 AM
The first thing he did was to fire the JAG lawyers who would have most definitely told him he lacked authority to bomb drug smugglers. There's no independence in the DOJ, so he doesn't have to worry about a prosecution. And, Trump will preemptively pardon his entire cabinet.

Courts typically interpret statutory references to “the court” as meaning the judge in a judicial capacity when the context involves discretion, adjudication, or decision-making. I don't think the statute in question deals with a "non-judicial" or ministerial function.

Mark Kelly for president in 2028. Ruben Gallego for VP. I'm from California and like Newsom and the way he pushes back on Trump. However, I don't think he can get elected.

Why doesn't the media make him identify these "terrorist groups"? Maybe cause they don't exist?? He spews out statements like this to stoke fear and suspicion amongst Maga. That way when they go after the judges and prosecutors they will have support of the base.
