I think this is a great example of the kind of bubble you live in where your hypotheticals are founded off the assumptions of the super-rich.

If you've toggled the Registry setting I am pretty sure that can be safely ignored. Only concern is that interacting with it might turn it back on. To confirm it's off, follow this alternate guide. If the policy is already "enabled" you're good to go: www.tomsguide.com/computing/so...

Yeah I get the sentiment of the person who posted the study. They're not wrong in the most basic sense but as soon as you start getting into actual construction work it gets very complicated very quickly. It's good to know your district has already picked the low-hanging fruit available.

There's an element of that to be sure, but Harris's doubling-down in pursuit of center-right defectors via her performative aggression and selling out of Palestinians cost her a non-trivial amount of <30 support as well.
