Today is #fernfriday so here is a Christmas fern, one of my favorites.
A solitary Christmas fern in the foreground, the forest behind the plant has many other ferns as well Top-down looking at the fern fronds emerging from a center point. This striped maple absolutely slathered in lichen, tufts of moss, and liverworts. It hasn’t rained for a while so things are pretty crusty #lichen
