A good point, but a good proportion of that 16% will be unfit and or unsuitable for military service.

Did I get this right, he was waiting for Israeli analysis on the results of the bombing. I may be wrong but I would read from that Israel had access to the Iranian nuclear programme. Its been assumed they did so by many, including by myself but has he just flagged it up?
