I literally just harvested about 600g of ginger this afternoon.
I started it from a 2 inch nub from the grocery store early this summer.
Experiment successful, hope to make a bunch of ginger beer next year!

Went out to #NoKings protest in Leland NC. Good crowd for a town of ~35K with thunderstorms threatening.

Majority of the passing car traffic was very supportive (More than a couple Tesla drivers gave thumbs ups and apologies ("We didn't know Elon was this bad!")
Will say demographic of the crowd seemed to skew older & whiter like it was primarily organized on FB 🤷♂️
