@samrileynhs.bsky.social I've just watched the Step 1 introduction to MDC,fantastic. I have a question in regards to the SPC rules. I work for NHS Borders and we are considering using some of Karen's tools. My question is why does your rules for a shift use 6 or 7 data points above/below the mean?
