Ok, I admit I am kidding, but , my phone has become such an integral part of my life, that it would be very low down the list of things to sell to raise food money.

I cautiously agree. For while I find it difficult to see someone struggling to survive, scraping their meagre pile of cash together in order to buy a computer,rather than food. I have too admit if I was to fall on hard times, I would have too ask myself ‘am I really hungry enough to sell my iPhone?’

I just find that their lack of empathy and ignorance of other peoples struggles is somewhat intentional. Not a product of their upbringing or of some divergency, but just the product of a fragile ego. Denying other people’s struggles to prop up the narrative of their own ‘sucess’

Why is it after studying so much, gaining knowledge and learning about our fellow humans, that we are the ones who try not to judge others? Life must be so much simpler when you just believe someone else’s opinion!
