Why not pay ~100% of Medicare rates? That's what providers receive now services either through Medicaid or Medicare (I'm a provider for both). Insurance reimbursement ranges above and below the Medicare amount depending on the panel. What's the cost if it's just basically expanded Medicare? Why200%?
