THOSE BUOYS!
Those are BIG - too big for the Menomonee river...
I saw a yellow one - nearly 3ft.
Where the F*ck did they come from!?
I traced the river all the way back to Mill Pond Plaza park in Menomonee Falls using google maps.
Cant place them...

I was near Wauwatosa today, so I had to check it out.
Water still high and fast today.
Around a block up stream from the flooded train bridge is this pedestrian bridge.
A 10in diameter tree trunk went UP AND OVER the railing.
So - maybe 15 feet(?) higher than normal water level...

I was near Wauwatosa today, so I had to check it out.
Water still high and fast today.
Around a block up stream from the flooded train bridge is this pedestrian bridge.

Here's the train bridge he is on. If you look at the concrete bridge up river, you can see that the river SHOULD HAVE about 8-10FT of gap. (google earth image)
