With GPUs, there are three vendors, AMD, Nvidia, and Intel. They make the chip and specifications, then partner companies make the cards. Any of them will work, but Nvidia cards tend to be better for video editing and blender.

I’ll admit, I’ve been out of the pc building game a few years now. That said, you’ll probably want to stick with Nvidia based cards for your work.

I don’t know your budget, but anything newer ending in 60 or 50 should be a good upgrade if you need to replace your card. Used cards are usually okay.

Do you know what GPU you have now? What kind of tasks do you need the GPU for and do you play any PC games?

Have you looked into Onshape? It’s too bad there aren’t many CAD options out there.

When I was a kid, I loved it so much I bought a second copy just to keep it complete. I enjoyed how the manual was made to look like a magazine with ads for in universe equipment. The world building was superb.

Hyperfocus is just that, putting your energy into one specific thing. Sometimes it manifests as wiki knowledge, art, or entertaining thoughts. Doesn’t make it less important to you, nor make you less creative if it’s not shared. Maybe, consider it practice until you have something you want to share.
