Yeah, they ARE NOT cops. The 'sherrif' is NOT a sherrif anymore. These are regular men w NO AUTHORITY, who assaulted a woman while other men cheered. She is suing THEM. Not the police.

Who serves the warrant? These guys are ex cops hired by the local GOP. That's not how power works.

I am appalled that so many people seemed to be okay with unknown males NOT in law enforcement uniforms, NOT displaying any badges or identification of authority, grabbing a woman, restraining her, telling her to ‘just comply’ and dragging her away. WTF Is this what you are teaching your daughters?

Borrenpohl released a statement: “I could have never imagined my rights to free speech and to assemble could be stripped in such a violent way. Due to the sensitivity and shock, I’m unable to speak on this situation immediately, but will make my voice heard when appropriate.”

A male bystander who checked on Borrenpohl was zip-tied and removed from the premises. Borrenpohl sought medical attention at an ER; she was bruising and her clothing was partially removed during the altercation. Republicans in the audience cheered and clapped during the assault.
