I think it's a matter of seeing whether playing will hurt "it" (whatever it is) more, or if the Olympic break would offer an opportunity to get a small procedure done without wasting too much time on the schedule

Lol yeah the two teams I think of when I think of outdoor hockey: the DALLAS stars and VEGAS golden knights.... Hockey belongs in the desert but not outside 😭

Eh I'm not so sure its the exact same. I'm sure gmka saw how tage played with those guys, but I don't think tage would be the type to "demand" like eichel did. Buffalo gave tage a chance and he always seems grateful for that

You're absolutely right, you hit it on the nail by naming him as a role player, that's what I was trying to say. Not core in the sense that he's playing huge minutes, but he's part of the identity because of his identity

Super sad we let him go. He could've been a core defensemen here under Lindy because of his physicality. Hope we could bring him back in the offseason
