If I were a passenger I would insist on a highly knowledgeable and skilled pilot to fly the plane. If I were in need of a life saving kidney transplant, I would insist on a highly skilled and knowledgeable surgeon to do the surgery. But the head of DHHS? Let’s go with an attorney. Makes sense right?
