Fell asleep with a migraine and got my first bout of sleep paralysis in quite a while.
No visual hallucinations thankfully but I did get audio; A very small child laughing at first, then whimpering which flattened into a monotonous droning hum in the same tone.

Today I thought I saw the most wonderful bright red mushroom on a log while on a forest walk, then I realized it was just a reflector that someone had left there 😅
