Absolutely. As of late, I've been hesitant to buy big AAA games at launch because most of them keep increasing prices while decreasing their quality... but I'm so happy I made an exception with KCD2. Not only it's a masterfully crafted passion work, but also feels like a properly finished game.

Yup, forcing players into a predefined character isn't the best thing on paper, but once you start enjoying the acting in this game, it's great. Characters and dialogues in KCD2 are fantastic overall, and even if it revolves around the "boys gonna be boys" trope sometimes, it still sets a nice vibe.

If you love Elder Scrolls, I absolutely recommend KCD2. I think the last time I felt so immersed in this kind of game was back in TES IV: Oblivion days. I loved more recent RPG games like Cyberpunk 2077, but KCD2 has been (and 63 hours in, keeps being) something I wasn't even aware I missed so much.
