Fun thing happened this morning. I set a bunch of alarms for today. I had Dr's appointment and I had to be ready.

It wasn't my alarm that got me out of bed. I got a call from a debt collector for past due medical bills. I thanked the woman for waking me up, ended the call and got up.

Ummmm.

I have a new Dr appointment in 20 minutes. I'm 61 and I've never been to a therapist. Our kids have been encouraging me to do this for a few years.
