Will that lawsuit be successful or not, i dont know. But it has some compelling argumentus within it! (And for the record, no im not a fan of disney). When most people say they are anti AI because it regurgitates stuff, this is probably what they meant. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

My grocery cart that served me well for 6 years finally kicked the bucket shortly after i moved to costco. At first i tried a bigger one (cause costco sells bigger goods than krogers) but it was too bulky for the narrow woodland foot path to Costco. i settled on this thing (yes my diet sucks):
Its a dolly with soda and instant noodles cabled too it.

The most important thing about any RTS game (or any wargame or turn based tactics game really) isnt depth of gameplay, or balance, or a solid rock papers scissors. its having flavor text. LOTS of it.

The second most important thing is that, the flavor text HAS to be from an in-setting perspective.

Modern gun guys would have an aneurysm realizing this is a real gun. its magazine is BEHIND the shoulder!

i think they fail to realize that it doesnt matter if a facet of a guns design is "smart" or "stupid", if its plausible enough that someone actually did it IRL its valid 1/2
a guy holding a really big bullpup anti material rifle (an Iranian Arash), where the magazine is hanging behind the shooters shoulder.
