I feel safe, I feel supported, I feel nurtured. Today I am just really grateful that the plants are here with me.

I can't do that today. But I can bring the plants with me. I've got tulsi tea in my water, and elderberry syrup in my bag. I sprayed my face with calendula hydrosol and my body with rose.

As someone with a damp, cold, stagnant constitution, I found myself losing interest in my usual go-to comfort drink (earl grey latte). A golden latte is filled with warming, stimulating and anti-inflamatory herbs - basically sunshine in a cup. And the taste is reminiscent of chai. Just magic ✨
