According to their news page, each player can select one of five flex gadgets that only they can use, you are given two at the start of each round, they can't be dropped or picked up by anyone else.
The gadgets are proximity mines, bubble shields, recon grenades, frag grenades, and impulse grenades.

OG Passes are a new thing coming to the now permanent OG mode. They have confirmed it's not going to be Old battle passes (as they have stated that the eased restrictions for old content does not apply to old battle passes), but instead something new.
