I use to live in Missouri before moving down to Texas. We did not have a state dedicated pledge, however we did have a special one dedicated for our school campus. When I moved down here I initially thought it was just a school specific pledge. Not a whole state pledge.

The fact that this person is still spending so much time and energy on harassing you is embarrassing. Seriously, I would say this person should touch grass, but I feel like they'd freak out over the possibility of radiation exposure by going outside.
