As of March last year yeah, you can't miss attacks anymore which means active abilities never whiff e.g. ults
Also by healing I mean Necro summons (Ghost) does massive heal over time. Necro summons are separate from Summoning summons so there's that too.

- Insane self heal before summons
- It was the first style to not have old style "to hit" accuracy, so it never missed and only had damage roullettes (now every style is like that on modern?)
