Didn’t have “I agree with something John Bolton says” on my 2025 bingo card.

Thank you for the advice! I stumbled upon Buddhism in 2022 not long after Thay passed (the Way Out is In podcast), have been quietly practicing for years trying to come to a deeper understanding of mindful awareness, but still feel like a newbie. It’s difficult to find resources in the US South!

I’m only 5 hours drive away from Magnolia Grove Monastery. I’ve been thinking of trying to go to a retreat there (albeit a beginner one for one who hasn’t been before) for over a year. Unfortunately I’ll be out of town on business during those dates in Feb.

This is great news. It’s sad too few people will believe it and fewer will read it, but it’s important for the future democratic discourse for this to be part of the public record, after society recovers from this insanity.
