I make websites, photographs, drawings, garden things, and practice the art of side-cycling, which is like up-cycling, but the end product is in no way superior from the starting materials.

I don’t get on here that often recently but it seems like every time I do, I see a new piece from you and it’s miles beyond the first images I remember you sharing. Very nice work!

I always just used a knife, but I may be uncivilized.

Aww, always nice to see you here, and you seem to be figuring it out. Gracie appreciates the note.

What a perfect cover. I loved that book until it was assigned reading in a college english course. I need to reread it probably, if only to remove the mental taint of “what are we to understand from…” and “marshal your textual evidence…”

We absolutely love these, they thrive in the bottom of our rain gardens and swales, survive in shade and sun, soaking wet clay soil in winter and baking sun in Summer.

This is gorgeous and I love the story of its creation too, thanks for sharing! Definitely real art I say.

Yeah, I guess the thing that scares me is that if nothing existed but two massive ai corporate entities, they could still trade resources goods and services between themselves and be a fully functioning system. Value doesn’t need to be for humans, that’s the most deeply horrific endgame to my mind.

Companies don’t actually need human customers, at a certain point they just trade amongst themselves. Money has never been more than a stand-in for wealth, it’s a fake token they can trade for valuable human labor, up to the point where human labor isn’t so valuable to them after all.

Oh, ha, there goes that theory then. Gracie does have excellent comic timing though, and that makes up for a lot.

Wow that could be a sibling of our bitey cat, Gracie. I wonder if it’s a characteristic of the breed? Just always assumed it was because she was semi-feral when I found her as a kitten. It never seems mean, just more fun for her than us really….

Do I trust an entire crowd to behave well, not wear cologne, talk and text? Do I trust the actors to not mumble, sound mixers and the theater to not blast my eardrums and assault my eyes? Do I want to pay a fortune for the privilege and probably get the latest deadly virus to boot…? Ha I say. Ha.
