I've been on nostr for 2 weeks and bsky for 5 mins.
In Nostr the relays empower the sender/reader to pick their content & community. That's the onboarding friction, a brain reset like seed phrases. It is somewhat censorship resistant in that notes can/do go to multiple relays even self hosted.
