oh wow lol, i was thinking it was a procedural noise texture. for pixelation in blender you can either export at a low res or there’s a simple setup in the compositor of just a scale node ( set to 0.25 ) a pixelate node and another scale node ( set to 5.0 ) but whatever works is the correct way xD
