Starling powers vary from person to person but one constant is that we cannot spawn our respective element out of nothing." In the second panel, she continues while reminiscing: "For example, I need access to moisture of some sort in order to produce an ice shard. Most people use the moisture in the air or a nearby body of water. If you're really skilled and you're in a pinch, you can even use the water in your body." In the final panel, she goes into more detail with a somewhat sad look on her face: "That being said, we can't just use our powers constantly. We have mana limits and physical limits too.
