Door delivery as a service has been disproportionately given to wealthy areas not those that actually need the service (ie senior neighbourhoods with more people with mobility issues). Neighbourhood mailboxes for everyone is atleast fair.

Door to door delivery is discriminatory and hasn't been available for everyone for decades. Losing it in favour of neighbourhood mailboxes for everyone is good.

While this is true, allocating the entire Medicare cut as mental health is disingenuous spin. The actual funding cut is probably a 100-200 billion which is more than enough to be a huge problem.
