2" rounds. I prefer these. The centers are softer, the knife pattern is a lot less fiddley to execute, and two bites are better than one. Next time, I'd like to make biscuit-sized ones.

Many of us turned to baking during Covid lockdown, but I couldn't. I literally had no kitchen for over a year. Now that I have access to a kitchen, baking sounds like a good way to ride out the 4 year nazi nutsy cuckoo pandemic. That, and reading books and punching nazis.
