I'm working on my urban design degree, the time for change is now!

Oof yeah that is very doomer and a bad take, like you said people like me and you can't afford to move to another place, even as much as we'd like to. Giving up shouldn't be an option for us in North America.

There may be an air of elitism to some of his quotes about the Netherlands, but I think he generally compares it to north America to show those things could happen here. I like to give the benefit of the doubt though.
