I came VERY close to giving this a 9 (at the end of the day I'd like to see where this goes in Season 2 first), but regardless this has some of the best direction in anime right now. EASILY one of the greatest horror anime of all time.

Yeah I mean it's fun, but I think the movie just solidified my opinion that TV anime getting arcs adapted into movies is a bad precedent and should only be done once in a while.
I think I would have liked this movie more if it was like 5 episodes of the anime but I'm the odd one out there.
