I'm currently listening to their latest album. The lyrics are on point. Went to see them a couple of weeks ago and it was the most fun I've had at a gig in ages. Plus they had Gans as support who are so good live. Black Country music on the rise again 🙌

No, I've been getting wrecked on Cosmos in here for a couple of years 😂 Usual haunt is closed this week as they're on holiday. And I'm making the most of my week off as I'm back in work on Monday 😩

There was a copy of this in the window of the charity shop at the end of my road. I almost bought it and was going to stick a cigarette onto the raised hand.

Finally finished Intermezzo before book club on Wednesday. Started one of my library picks Black British Lives Matter, a collection of pieces edited by Lenny Henry & Marcus Ryder

I finally tidied away the books stacked next to my bed, cleaned up and bought this gorgeously outrageous reading lamp from a charity shop yesterday. Last night I read for a couple of hours in the lovely glow rather than the big light, then had a good night's sleep
