Weilai Juyan - Eladrin Monk, Way of Mercy

Weilai is an Eladrin, "Cirque du soleil"-style, acrobatic Monk. As well as unarmed strikes, she has a long, whip-like sash which can also unravel for swinging performances with a little bit of setup. With assistance from telescoping poles and immovable rods, she can put on an entire show.
