Not surprising. I got an unsolicited "med check" when I was getting vaccinated last year, as wll as a suggestion to change out a prescription despite not knowing anything about my condition.

The US helped start it. Not recognizing its jurisdiction is to avoid to prosecution for its own war crimes, but they have collaborated with ICC investigations in other countries.
