Consider Jellyfin, I found it pretty straightforward but it may be a little less polished than Plex

There are surprisingly good cheap wired earphones like the Moondrop Chu and the truthear gate. list.hangout.audio/iem/ can be filtered by price and if it’s Crinacle approved, he is a reliable standard in the iem space

@foldablehuman.bsky.social hey dumb question. In the mantracks vid you have 1 shot talking to camera with audio gear that is different to all the other seated studio to camera shots. Was wondering if there was a meaning that I’ve missed, or just a footnote done at a different time

It's prob just cause you are picking from a sample of neolibs. Not looking at the population of all children of leftist academics

When she was touring Aus there was a whole news article from our national broadcaster about the rules for the bracelets at her concert, like they could only be worn on the arm. Which is deflating, I really wanted a friendship bracelet Michelin Man to hit the news cycle

It made me laugh so hard, I had to break it down in my head to be able to get on with my day. I think the cars are the punchline, the set up being you narrating your understanding of the world, your plans etc

lol there’s a thing about iconic cars like the Countach or 33 Stradale that they are smaller in person then they appear in images. It’s deeply satisfying that the cybertruck is the opposite

Apparently asphalt is recycled at greater rates than any other material. Though that's prob meaningless at a consumer level

For audiophile stuff, a lot of stores will let you try it, but I think a good option is to reach out to existing YouTube review channels, and ask them about the topics that came up in the original ep

I feel a big part of guys is your obsessions and natural extension of guys is a follow up series where you dip your toe in the water of some of these hobbies to see if you get obsessed. Prob a lot of admin but would love an ep of you listening to audiophile gear or painting a Warhammer figure.

The car industry is creating demand for large cars with marketing. Small cars struggle as they are fighting against the collective advertising of every car company pushing the message of the utility of more profitable large cars. Small cars need a cultural moment to make them cool again.

The car in the window catches my eye, I don't know if it has significant meaning for women's suffrage and rights, but it looks like a Grand Prix car of the era. Italians raced in red at the time, Alfa Romeo and Maserati. I am overthinking it, could just be a red car.

Curious on the take on Cyberpunk 2077. I think the game was somewhat overshadowed by the bugged and flawed release. There is a good tight story, while different endings do not change the outcome significantly there are ideological differences that are fairly blunt in the manner of the genre

I always thought they should do a season of Dr Who with Jackie Chan as the Doctor. As a writing challenge, take away the ability to exposition dump and still try to tell the same stories with like every climax being like a physical comedy fight sequence
