The air temperature was in the high 90’s and the water temperature of Lake Michigan is about 56 degrees. Lots of people enjoying the beaches and water today. #lakemichigan #thirdcoast #swimming

It’s a good day when the album you preordered from one of your favorite singer songwriters arrives in the mail. Fantastic album. Then the record label also includes a free album from one of their other artists. #kassivalazza #singersongwriters #countrymusic #folkmusic #storyteller

A wonderful lithograph addition to my art collection. Sad Fellow by Gerald Winters. Born in Milwaukee he eventually moved to Miami where he would serve as Faculty Head in the Art Department at the University of Miami. He would eventually work exclusively creating his distinctive beaded artworks.

Found this Chandler today. I haven’t seen many with a person in it. Big fan of his pastels and the fact that his work was often sold through department stores.

Elon Musk to reporter: “We post our actions to the DOGE website. All of our actions are maximally transparent. I don’t know of a case where an organization has been more transparent than the DOGE organization.”
Here’s the doge.gov website IN ITS ENTIRETY. It’s literally a blank page!

When this album came out in 1984, the album art had a big impact on me. I loved the cover art by Rebecca Blake. A great hard cover book of her fashion work called Forbidden Dreams came out in 1984. Her sets and designs pushed boundaries of sexuality and eroticism. Inspired by her surreal tableau’s.
