This is a lie.
There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.
But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

I know Chelsea is pretty tough but I’ve never seen her as the cool, popular, bullying type. She must have been one of the less well off at school, on free school meals - I always imagined it was the well off kids who would be bullies. Or maybe that was just my school? #TheArchers
