Over the past 20 months, the Government of Israel has continued to make unsubstantiated claims against UNRWA and its neutrality.

Four Syrian civilians were killed and several others injured, including a woman, when Israeli forces shelled the town of Kuwaya in western Daraa during a ground incursion.
The attack was accompanied by reconnaissance aircraft flying over the area.
