We bought a Lego video game for the kids for Christmas. We heard this intermittent shrieking and came flying in from the kitchen, and one of the levels was little Lego weeping angels, and every time the lights came on in the room, they would have moved, and the girls would scream.

He's not the messiah. He's a felon convicted of many crimes. Adjudicated rapist. Not yet proven, but a likely pedophile and rapist of young girls. Plus too many other crimes to enumerate here.

If headlines say "Crime committed by undocumented immigrant" and never says "Crime committed by American citizen", it's a political statement with the unvarnished bias baked in.

Impeachment is not a legal mechanism. It is a political act. The founders employed the catch-all phrase “high crimes and misdemeanors” to provide leeway for the future generations who would hold errant officials to account.

The Torah requires everyone to give charity (tzedaka), and even people who are so poor that they receive charity must also give something to charity. The giving of charity engenders consideration for people who have less than we do.

This week, if history is any precedent, President Donald Trump should pardon two turkeys. However, as of today, it remains to be seen whether the two birds can scrounge together the requisite donation to his future presidential library to secure their pardons.
