Next release of #rstats package usethis will include an (experimental) function to setup projects using Claude code: use_claude_code. Interesting to see how ai tools will form part/play together with the tidyverse & co.

Happy holidays! 🎄 I snuck in a {btw} release just before CRAN went on vacation for the year. {btw} is an #RStats package full of tools for LLMs, including a new tool for running R code. Here's a quick demo using `btw_app()` to create a quick festive ggplot2 from holiday movie titles. Cheers! 🧑🎄

They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.

#rstats user: I am trying to get #Gemini CLI running R scripts, but fail "due to issues with how the command line (powershell) parses and passes the R code to Rscript.exe". Instead G creates a separate file which is then triggered. This is quite different to Claude Code. Am i missing sth?
