Ofner celebrated as if he had won the match at 7-1 in the 3rd set tiebreaker, before umpire reminded him he needed 10 points. Basavareddy then won 8 of the next 9 points to earn a 1st match point, Ofner had 2 of his own at 10-9 and 11-10, but Basavareddy moves into the final round of AO qualifying.

No one knew more about Challenger players and shared it more generously than Damian. This tragedy is a huge loss for tennis that will reverberate for years. Personally, I can't wrap my head around the loss of his insights and passion.

Damian Kust, who I have always thought of as the most knowledge "tennis person" I've ever gotten to know in the online tennis world, has died.

Just unbelievably tragic.

I had a chance to work with Damian just a few times and through exchanges online. Not great friends. But, I'll miss him alot.
