Another day, another Spare Room horror. £1280pcm for a room where you can't work from home more than once a week, doesn't cook meat or fish and has a fair usage agreement for bills. Stop using tenants to help pay off your mortgage.

Search continues. Just seen 1 live in landlord advertise a large room for £2000pcm in Highbury, room is smaller than my old room that I paid £800pcm including bills earlier this year.
I'm currently looking for a new place to live and there are one interesting ads on SpareRoom. 'Im looking for someone who does not cook much and has main meals at work'.
