The stupid thing is: I'll catch sight of my arms, and my brain will go look how fat your arms are! I have to give my biceps a quick squeeze to remind myself that it's muscle, not fat. Stupid body dysmorphia!

I've been playing more of #FFVIIRebirth and Cloud's intrusive memories of Sephiroth feel very realistic to me as someone who has PTSD. That lock in & snap back to reality that Cloud experiences simulates the jarring effect that PTSD has on one's mind.
Representation in video games is nice to see!
