SAFETY - We are looking for volunteers! Heya, we are the safety team, we are one of the largest teams of Reffurence! But what exactly does safety do? Normally you will not see us a lot at the convention, unless you need us! We are split in 4 teams Security 🚧 Certainly, while we need to make sure Reffurence’s code of conduct is followed we do a lot more! We look out for dangers to our attendees and their fursuits. We answer confused outsider’s questions about “what the heck is going on in this hotel with all those weird mascots?”, and we keep them out of our event spaces via badge checks. And most of all we are here to help our attendees! Lost an item? Looking for convention staff? Got a complaint? We are here to listen and help. First aid 🩹 We have a team of certified first aiders who are ready 24/7 during the convention to assist with any first aid situations. Need a bandaid? Feeling a bit too hot after fursuiting?
