It's sad to say that people vote for the democrats because they appear to be the lesser of two evils. I think it's time we start voting as independents.
To me, the Democratic party as an institution projects weakness. The vast majority of Americans have had enough of Trump, but they expect a clear vision of what the alternative will look like. They also expect moral clarity and a readiness to fight for our democracy. They're not getting that.
