I’m honestly pretty proud of myself for staying sober since new years. Drinking on the weekends isn’t as appealing as it used to be.

Update one month later:
I gained a lot of stamina back! Some of my clothes are starting to feel a bit baggy, I can lift heavier things again, and I can squat with ease for much longer than I used to. Really happy with the progress so far! ❤️

Went to the gym for the first time in a year. I’m more out of shape than I thought, but I’m happy I’m finally pushing myself to do something about it. Hoping to make a lot of progress before FWA!
