Emet-Selch was one of the characters I was especially proud to work on for the set. One of the greatest «villains » with a fantastic character building. So I paid a lot of attention to his pose and expression here.

Narratively and in terms of battle content I think this is the strongest FFXIV has been since Shadowbringers.

The new Star Rail patch was generally good-ish but I think suffers from a lack of storytelling confidence.
This manifests primarily in two places: 1. The showdown with Nikador where we turn around and leave (what even is pacing) and 2. The Aglaea interrogation sequence.
