Got stressed about how quickly con season will catch up to me and sewed 12 pairs of cotton wristcuffs last weekend, and finished 6/9 black lace pairs this week before I ran out of elastic :0
12 pairs of cotton eyelet lace wristcuffs of various colours, no bows or decoration yet. On a backdrop of black fabric with little strawberries 6 pairs of black mesh lace wristcuffs, the bottom of the picture is 3 pairs with the lace layers sewn together but without elastic, so it's just a flat strip of lace

I'm starting on my inventory for this upcoming season of conventions! I think people liked the cotton lace, so I'm trying out more colours, and with detachable bows this year to see if that's a preferred design : D

Probably the most important update I forgot to give! I finally got a tama paradise!!!!! (The day after my mom was able to just buy one in store for me back home 🥲) I'm just so excited about it!!!

I'm (kind of) back! My injury persists, but most of the pain is gone, so I was able to do a little sewing for the first time in a month 😭 taking it slow to not overdo it though

I got injured at work a couple weeks back, and while I've fortunately been able to keep working, I'm not currently able to use my right hand for much. I haven't been able to draw or sew or anything, and it's starting to get really frustrating. 🥲

Taobao order!!! (part 2)
Some accessories, plus I learned that I could buy tamagotchi items on taobao and went a little hard : o I'm so excited!!
A flatlay or everything that arrived in my taobao order. For egl, I got the sheep puff heart bag in mint, a black headbow, some star clips, and a few rings. For tamagotchis, I got 2 connections, some cases, two of the blind bags, and an ichigotchi pouch.

Finally getting to posting my coordinates from ai-kon this year :D

an edit of three egl coordinates. The first is a white homemade jsk with a sax blouse and accessories. The second is a pink and yellow themed coordinate, featuring a pink bodyline op with a homemade yellow gingham apron skirt on top. The third is a bittersweet pink and black coordinate, with bodyline's stripe balloon jsk in black with a homemade black apron skirt on top, striped black and white socks, and a pink blouse and accessories.

Experimented with different style headdresses using the scraps from this dress : ) tried to go for both a more "traditional" and "modern" style of headdress with materials I already had at home! First time making small fabric bows too 💜

Two rectangle egl headdresses. Both made with a light purple gingham fabric with a floral pattern. The first has white cotton/crochet lace around the outside and detachable fabric bows at each end. The second has mesh lace around the outside, white trim and lavender ribbon on the centre to make a criss-cross design, and lavender ribbon bows at each end.

I also just realized I forgot to order lace to make black headdresses with mesh lace, so kicking myself a little bit :c
Two black flat/rectangle style egl headdresses. One is right side up to show details (criss-cross ribbon lacing from a rose trim, and a larger bow at each end) and the other is flipped over to show the clips sewn to the back. The ruffle around the outside is made from the same fabric and the backing. Both have the ribbon ties filling the sides of the image in a squiggle.

A local comm friend was doing a taobao group order and I felt like it was time to get this dress (and socks!) It's really cute, but the bubble hem is tricky to steam so its still wrinkly after my first go. #eglfashion
