This is probably as close as I am going to get in the Sims even with cc. This is without using measurements and just going by vibes. I could make the roof pitch higher but I think it would look obnoxious.

Exterior vs exterior recreation. It's just a shell because there is no way to fit everything into the house along with having the same dimensions on the outside so yeah. Will do the actual build later. Bottom side window from Graciously Georgian pack by Peacemaker.

Sometimes even if you have the floor plans and a good converter calculator, it's good to like free ball it occasionally. Especially if you are confident in your skills. Because sometimes a floor plan can stifle you.

The modern retreat lights are so nice and give off good light. Do I wish it was cooler without me going into live mode? Yes. But overall, it's pretty unobtrusive
