Things learned at #GenCon25
-If you need new shoes, buy them before the con
-Lines are great places to make new friends
-Side quest to the nearest grocery store and get some fruit
-GM drop is real
-Go into the exhibit hall with a mission, or not at all
-Be yourself, unless you can be a pirate

My LARP group is a bit wild, we're trying to bend mechanics for a 5-6 player game to accommodate 10-13 people. Some of it's working well while some fine tuning is definitely in order.

GM tip: If your players need some information to advance the plot, give it to them. Let them come up with how they get it! Let them be creative! And if they have to roll for it and fail, give it to them anyway...just tack on some bonus problems for them.
