Cannot wait to not work call center. The way my coworkers are just throwing these elderly members just anywhere and they are severely ill pisses me off because I always end up with them crying on the phone because they finally reached someone who knows what they are doing!

I handle calls for members in Medicare, the amount of DISAPPOINTMENT I keep hearing from folks who voted for trump, are now REGRETTING it. The increasing prices for their premiums and medication and only so much extra can cover it. All of it is going up next year.
